Well, Thanksgiving 2010 is done.  Let the indulging begin.  I know it is the season, but remind yourself of all the hard work you have done this year and keep up the good work.  If you have to take a day or two off, that is OK!  RockIt Mamma was so ill over the holiday break, the two little rockets had to totally take care of  her.  It was amazing to see them work together, but the big picture was Mamma was “clinically exhausted” and had a terrible virus.  It has been over 9 days since RockIt Mamma has seen a workout, but not to fret, the body was working fighting this nasty bug.  And reality set it, you cannot push, push, push when your body is tired, tired, tired.  Take all of that for what it is worth.  Remember, take care of yourself, first. (This is your HEALTH tip for the week.)

The tips this week are going to be a little different.  Since the shopping, gift giving and spoiling has begun, here are some suggestions that might help you out on that never ending perplexing list. Or even prepare YOUR list for Santa.
