Summer school break is “officially” over but yet so much more to squeeze in. Was there one thing, one event, one more trip that if you had another week you would do?

Now is back to school, routine, homework, sports, practices, games, dinners in the crock pot and family. And time for our weekly tips to kick back in. 

NICE:

Do you always need a mirror? No way! Make someone’s day by putting sticky notes with positive messages (e.g., “You look gorgeous!”) on a restroom mirror. It may not tell you if you have spinach in your teeth, but it will make you smile and stand up a little taller.

GREEN:

 HEALTH:

Make your skin nice with this easy, or easiest scrub recipe ever!

Juice of 2 limes;

1/2 cup of brown sugar

4 teaspoons of coconut oil.

In a small bowl whisk juice and add sugar until free of lumps. Add oil 1 tsp at a time to thicken.

SMEAR IT: In the shower, apply all over your body in small circles, then rinse thoroughly and slip on a light weight dress.

FOOD:
