Run, Hot Yoga and New Lunch!

Note to self: Do not run hills and then go to hot yoga! I was delirious after. Came home, wrung out clothes, and made a new yummy lunch. FF refried beans with soy cheese melted on top, top with spinach (it will wilt), on top 2 scrambled eggs with fav salsa. Add some TJ’s flaxseed chips! I am starting to feel alive!

How do you recover when you are feeling flat?
