Some of you may know, I had to have back surgery this summer, when a disc fragment broke off and decided to do a full crunch around my L3 & L4 nerves. Well, back to reality. Spring Breaks are over. The kids are back in school and we (Moms) are trying to clean out the bedrooms, do mounds of laundry, pick up toys all over the house and clean up the kitchen from the marshmallow fights. Albert Einstein said, “Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” As women, we know — Failure is Not an Option! Let’s try lifestyle changes another way. Hopefully, these tips will get you started.
