SNACKING: How to snack sensibly.  Use muffin liners to portion control your snacks.  A muffin liner is about 1/2 cup or 50 calories. So use them for berries, chips, popcorn, pretzels and cherry tomatoes. (more…)

Women who exercise show fewer signs of menopause and actually improve the side effects of menopause.

Women who workout feel much more in control of their jobs. Stress levels are lower and motivation is higher

It is believed that exercise will improve your sex life. Hubba! Hubba!

After all that extra intimacy you may find yourself pregnant! Hopefully it was planned! Regardless, studies have shown that exercising will make labor easier

Exercise helps slow the aging process. It has been shown that people who exercise have younger looking cells than those who don’t. Plus it reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer, and other diseases.

So quick, get out and exercise and help yourself!
