Charred Corn with Scallions and Feta

Not Without Salt blogger Ashley Rodriguez loves to liven up corn on the cob by buttering or oiling it, then grilling until charred in parts and cooked through. Once cooled, she slices the corn off the cob and tosses with chopped scallions and crumbled feta, plus olive oil and—of course—salt, to taste.
