Chocolate Berry Smoothie

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries or raspberries

1 med. banana, peeled (obviously?)

1/2 cup non fat milk (suggestion: plain Almond Milk)

1 scop chocolate-flavored whey protein powder

1/2 cup of ice

Add berries, banana and milk to blender; process for 30 seconds or until completely blended. Add protein powder; blend for 15 seconds. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately to your Valentine/Love!

305 cal.; 1 g fat; total carbs 47 g; 422 mg of potassium.

**This has enough potassium to restore nutrients loss dur to sweat and active muscle contractions. Also helps to control blood pressure and aiding in prevention of hypertension-related diseases.
