Question of the Week: What do you do with those HAVE TO CRAVINGS????

Ok, time to let us know your secrets: When you just HAVE to eat something bad or fill a craving, do you healthize it? What do you do to make it not so bad? Or do you just dig in? Like nachos, needed them bad, so used multi grain chips, soy cheese and lots of veggis. What do you think?

    When I have this type of craving I always eat a fruit or vegetable first. By doing this I either eat less of the food I was craving or avoid it all together.

    Try this: Baked potato with Smart Balance spread (or whatever you like that is not butter), turkey chili (of whatever you have — Wendy’s even works in a pinch) and cheese. You can also add a little plain low-fat or fat free yogurt.
