Time for a Summer Challenge!

Here it is: 200 squats, 200 push-ups or a combination of both that equal 200! You can squat 100, push up 100 or 75 and 125, or 199 and 1. It has to equal 200. This is per day!
You are thinking it is overwhelming, sure as you sit at your computer, but get out of that chair and in 3 minutes you can get 90 squats done. Do them while folding laundry, do them at commercials on the TV, while in the parking lot waiting to pick up a kid from camp.
Think how fabulous you will feel at night when you know you have cranked these out!
And don’t forget to sound off when you have completed them or send in some pictures of you doing your challenge!
