Last Chance Workout about Killed Me!

I think I misunderstood Douvette’s “Last Chance Workout” from last night’s episode of Biggest Loser! He had them running for 30 seconds at speeds of 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 (or so I thought). I tried running these today (after running a 5K) and made all the way to 10. But speed 10 was only for 22 seconds. I think maybe he meant incline? This afternoon walking has not been my friend! I am going to have to go back and watch the DVR.
