20 Ways to Torch 200 Calories

Staying slim doesn’t have to be a major undertaking. Here are 20 easy ways to burn calories that don’t require a trip to fitness boot camp. Not that there is anything WRONG with Bootcamp.  Try it sometime or Zumba or Body Pump, just get out there and MOVE IT!

Cut a rug- 37-minute dance party with the kids.  Play some Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Katy Perry, Usher, Thin Lizzy or Train. They will get everyone moving.

Work out, then make out – speaks for itself.

Move things around – Change up the furniture for 30 minutes of lifting.

Hit the bull’s-eye – 75 minutes of darts, without the ales, should do it.

Clean your machine – Wash and wax your ride, and you’ll burn 204 calories in 40 minutes. Even more if you dig out all the food, shoes and stuff inside.
